Ordered a bikini on the 5th March (order no UL2003041857384047) and received confirmation that the ordered had been processed on the 7th March, my account was debited but the order has still not arrived on the 26th March. I have sent numerous emails and phoned 3 times and was told on every occasion it would take 24 - 48 hrs for it to arrive because of a delay, it has still not arrived. I requested for a refund, but they will not issue one because I have to send the bikini back, but how can I send it back if it has not arrived. They are CROOK'S, DO NOT ORDER.
