Do not purchase from ZAFUL! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and shipping took over a month longer than promised. The hoodie I ordered is slightly cropped which is not mentioned even though it was my size. It was a weird thin material as well. I messaged them about my order when it wasn’t arriving in time and I never got a response. I also at one point requested a refund but that never happened.
