I made an order about a month ago. They sent me a tracking number and said it was shipped by USPS, but the number they gave me is not valid. I contacted them several times, and their replies range from nonsensical bad English ("immediately responsive") to outright lies ("we will email your carrier to ask them to rush your package"). I placed an order ticket and they change their story and claim they used a shipping company that does not exist (USEXPWD). I'm going to have to see if my credit card's purchase protection can get me my money back.
