This is by far the WORST online company that I have ever ordered from. It's been two months and I haven't received my package. I track my order everyday and it says it's still being shipped out. No update, email nothing. I tried to ask for a refund and CS said that they wont be able to refund my money because my order has been "shipped out" I'm so disappointed I really like this company but I will never be ordering from zaful ever again.
