I placed an order the end of April, I ordered 6 swim suits. A week later I was having buyers remorse. So I contacted Zaful and asked to cancel my order and get a refund. After a few messages back and forth I’m happy to say I got my refund! I can’t comment on the quality of the swim suits or shipping. But I can say that I am very happy with their customer service.
