I've never written a review before but I feel like I have to warn others about this terrible company. After reading promising reviews online, I thought I would try out Zaful. I ordered 3 items which came to £40. After waiting 3 and a half weeks, my order finally arrived and I was thoroughly disappointed with what I recieved. I have shopped at many budget stores before, and let me tell you I have never come across such poorly made clothing before. The material used is PAPER THIN, creased all over and as a result sits terribly on the body. All 3 of the garments were covered in loose threads. One of the items even ripped slightly when I attempted to put it on!? I'm aware this is a budget store, but what they're selling is down right unacceptable. I feel like I've been scammed. I've attempted to contact them regarding a refund but it's not looking likely (especially after reading some of the other comments on here). Please, if moneys a bit tight and you're looking for something affordable AVOID THIS STORE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
