Do not order from here. Saw the ad online and decided to order up to $100 worth of items. Three weeks later and 3 emails coming through saying my order has been shipped, nothing. Then I get an email from customer service saying that my order was rejected by their shipping company due to the Covid-19 situation and presented me options on next steps. I replied saying let's try their other shipping company as they've suggested instead. Then another email from them a day later saying my order was lost in transit. 2 different correspondences with 2 different information!! I then asked for a refund, and received it a week later but $10 less than what I paid. Where has this gone and why wasn't anything explained to me?? Emails come through in a friendly and professional manner, but what's the use when the actual service provided is as such? I'm going back to Shein for cheap online shopping. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL.
