my first time ordering from zaful was about 8 months ago and i got my order within 2 weeks, which is pretty fast considering where i live. However, this year as a birthday gift i got to order $200 worth of clothes on March 22 2020. Today is May 27, 2020 and my order has still not arrived. The stress is settling in because my family and I are moving away from our current address in less than a month. I have contacted them multiple times, but it’s always just a bot. I even called and they said that my package was shipped, but i checked and my post office does not have it. Now, every time I call, no one answers no matter how hard I try. I’m not sure if it has to do with the pandemic, or if they’re just using covid-19 as an advantage to get more money, but i’m tired of constantly worrying about my shipment. DO NOT ORDER from Zaful during this time.
