I ordered a few items from zaful and found that the sizing was strange, I was a small in one top and a L in another, So I had to process a refund. This takes weeks and weeks! They promise to give you a refund and pay your shipping costs (you have to send to Spain) and they say they will pay it back if it is up to 30% of the price of the returned item. After 3.5 weeks I still have not received the full refund! Still waiting...
