I've emailed them many times because I want to return my items and they don't reply they just send some irrelevant automatic messages with no help at all. I'm not buying anything else from zaful. Very disappointed, also tried to contact them and my calls are being cancelled. Don't buy stuff from zaful there's a chance that you won't be able to return or exchange the items.
