They do not accept returns. Some items are very poorly made: zip stuck so you can’t even try it on & poor sewing, loose threads everywhere (probably a sweatshop job in China). If you ask to return & get a refund because the item arrived faulty, they just try to send you another version of the same thing which will obviously be poorly made also but refuse to give your money back.
They need to be taken down, they do not adhere to consumer laws.
