SHOCKING company ! DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THEM.
You have to APPLY for a refund but the even bigger problem is you just keep getting an automatic response when you try to get in touch with anyone. Online chat doesn't work. It's infuriating!! Days trying to get in touch and no response whatsoever. Will report them to the Consumer Affairs if they don't get back to me soon!
