Most item sizes run small. The return process takes a very long time. I've been trying to get a refund for a few items I purchased and they've offered me alternate solutions rather than just saying yes to my return/refund. At this point I am very frustrated with Zaful and if I don't receive a full refund for the items that I am trying to return within the next few days, I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. I won't be shopping here anymore.
