Review is 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. I ordered nearly €30 worth of clothes in April (it is now July 30th), and they never arrived. I contacted their Customer Support and experienced like many people here have already described; several back and forth messages asking me to be patient and thanking me for understanding etc etc. They would ask for different information that they already had on record to (I presume) kill time in the hope that I would just give up querying the whole scam. They also deleted the record of my conversations with them through their "Ticket" system in my Zaful account and the live Facebook messenger bot gives generic unhelpful responses to any efforts of inquiry. I have logged a claim with PayPal and hopefully may get a refund that way, but I certainly would advise people stay away from this "company". AVOID AVOID AVOID.
