Purchased 2 swimsuits that I knew might be too big. Purchased as a guest so then when I turned around to contact support they wouldn't let me contact them because I was a guest and did not have a purchase history. TIP: Don't give people the option when purchasing to choose guest if guest means they don't have a purchase history, because then if they have problems they aren't able to reach out to support. I spent a decent amount of time trying to figure out how to reach out to support since I was a guest without any history even though I obviously had history. Once I got a hold of them they said they would refund me in my Zaful wallet. After 3 days I didn't receive any money and reached back out to their support team. They closed out the ticket. Its been about a week now, maybe more and I had to put in another ticket because I still didn't receive my refund. NOT IMPRESSED and will make sure to not shop here again. I have also made sure to tell my friends to not waste their time or money shopping here.
