If I could leave a 0 I would have - I wasn’t able to track my parcel and had no idea when this would be arriving. The items I received were cheap and poorly finished They’ve said I can’t returns bikinis due to hygiene reasons but this was not clearly stated. They have told me they can’t refund my return money as this is at the customers expensive and most frustrating of all they are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. They have been so unhelpful and I am so disappointed. DO NOT shop at ZAFUL, they will scam you!!!!!
