I ordered a few products from ZAFUL months ago which I still haven’t received. My tracking info says that it’s been delivered already but no one called me to collect neither did I sign for any parcel. For two months now I’ve been trying to locate my package and get in touch with their customer service which is IMPOSSIBLE. When you finally do, you’re greeted with arrogance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will harass you and still you won’t get your items back or a refund.
