I had to pay half the amount of the order for taxes and free shipping was NOT free.
They send my one order in 2 different packages, I needed to get a document from Zaful to get the items from the customs... it took them A MONTH to send the same wrong documents over and over again. Cute clothes but ain't worth the hassle, customer support can barely speak English.
