Please do not waste your time or money ordering anything from these con artists. My daughter has finally been refunded her money £146 after 4 months thanks to PayPal. She never received her items as she refused to pay a further £60 duty which was not mentioned prior to placing the order. Zaful continually sent a template with a generic response refusing to a full refund, and only offered to refund £15 as settlement . I would advise anyone who has been scammed by this company who made a payment to them via PayPal to contact them again as PayPal are now aware of their malpractice and fraudulent activity. They are currently under investigation.
