Worst customer experience ever!
I order 3 items and non arrived. So I had to complain to the shipping company, who still didn't send me a refund. Then I ordered again, and still noting arrived, even if the app says so. So I wasted my money and time for nothing and customer service cannot help. Worst experience ever, I even paid for Zalando+, that just is worthless. Don't order from them!
