I have been buying from Zalando for many years and never had any real issues other than being sent the wrong sizes from time to time... Until recently. I have not received the correct refund for the last 3 refunds. I send the products back and they only refund me for some of the items. The first time it happened, I was convinced that the delivery company stole some of my items before sending it back but it happened 2 more times. They eventually refunded me the money each time but I can tell they think I'm lying. I'm also annoyed that I have to spend quite a lot of time calling them and explaining and waiting on the line while they sort it out. I never had this issue and recently. Now, I have no confidence with them and will not buy from them again as I'm afraid that if it happens again they may not refund my money, as has happened with other people. Not sure what has happened to them but it's very disappointing.
