had an issue where three of my seeds didn't germinate, so I contacted Zamnesia support. Although the first replacement package never arrived, the team was quick to offer a second one. When the second package was slightly delayed, they even prepared to send a third just in case. Fortunately, the second shipment arrived before the third was sent. I'm genuinely impressed by how proactive and customer-focused Zamnesia has been throughout. Their dedication to solving the issue went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very happy with their support and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
