I've been ordering from Zamnesia for several years and I've always had a great experience. Quick shipping, excellent selection and quality of products. My most recent order for the first time I experienced a contamination issue. I attempted to address it on my own but I was unsuccessful. I contacted support and they offered a full replacement, even allowing me to select a different product from the same category.
