I made an online purchase on the 26th of June and had to call them on the 3rd of July for an update. There was no communication from their end that they are in the process of moving warehouses and therefore it result in a delay. I had made a purchase from a different online retail company the same day, sent back the item, received store credit and purchased a new product in the exact time span and it is on its way. So sad!
