Honestly this is such a terrible company for customer support. They never repond, They have no function to check the status of the delivery, You just have to wait and hope that it arrives. If they do happen to decide to even try to reply, They give a vague answer that provides ZERO information.
They are legit as ive received stuff from them, BUt honestly i had to email them after 8 months of waiting saying "how about you just refund me"
