“Honestly this is such a terrible company for customer support. They never repond, They have no function to check the status of the delivery, You just have to wait and hope that it arrives. If they do happen to decide to even try to reply, They give a vague answer that provides ZERO information.
They are legit as ive received stuff from them, BUt honestly i had to email them after 8 months of waiting saying "how about you just refund me"”
“Ordered something 3 months ago, ETA was 18th October and they kept pushing it telling me to wait. After waiting almost 3 months for the item I requested a refund 3 times. Each time they told me to wait and refused me the refund. Eventually had to escalate with PayPal to get my refund. Come across as scammers would definitely not recommend them.”
“Package is nowhere to be found, already called UPS who had sent me an email with delivery date expectations but they can't find the package. I believe the package doesn't exist. After a week I give up, I will open PayPal dispute and order the parts from elsewhere.”

I will emphatically state that you'll should avoid making your orders from this company. They're unfaithful and very poor at dealing with managing orders. I made order for a replacement of my acer hinges ans case, the ETA was more than a month. I was patient to wait but still didn't get it. After about 5 months.. YES five months I still didn't get my order. I eventually had to cancel the order. So disgusting service! You'll should avoid them, please.

“Ordered and paid for a CPU cooling fan back in April. I have had to contact them for updates as they do not communicate with the customer - only respond when pestered. Website said it would be approx 3 weeks and when I contacted them they said 'end of May'. That didn't happen so I requested an update. Expected to ship on 16/06 (today) according to them so I emailed for another update. ETA beginning of July!!! I will NEVER even look at an ASUS product again, rather deal with professional who stock spares and support their products.”

“I've placed an order for Asus Zenbook UX501VW GPU and CPU fans. I've waited almost a month for the parts to arrive, since they were available only on remote stock.
When it has arrived I've seen that the GPU fan was new, clean and nice, but the CPU fan I've got actually had more dust in it than the one I was planning to replace… They've sent me an used/improperly stored part (which is the same you can get on ebay for half their price…). This would be the smaller problem, but the fan is not working at all. No load or fan control software can make it spin, nor read out its speed (which is 0 RPM...). I see the same values in the software as if it the fan was not installed at all…
Waiting for their answer for my warranty/refund request. Very bad experience, I will never order anything from them again. Be aware, it is easy to see on a fan if used, but not easy in a case of screen for example. They might scam you by sending you used parts...”
