Ordered and paid for a CPU cooling fan back in April. I have had to contact them for updates as they do not communicate with the customer - only respond when pestered. Website said it would be approx 3 weeks and when I contacted them they said 'end of May'. That didn't happen so I requested an update. Expected to ship on 16/06 (today) according to them so I emailed for another update. ETA beginning of July!!! I will NEVER even look at an ASUS product again, rather deal with professional who stock spares and support their products.
