The glass plate on our gas hob exploded just after after use showering glass all over our kitchen and through to our hallway. Luckily we were in another room or we could have been badly hurt. The hob is just over 2 years old. The response we got from zanussi was shocking, 2 operators didn't give a toss saying no-one was hurt and it isn't their problem.
