UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. They left us for two months without washing machine and with a small baby. Only because the engineer said it would be cheaper to repair it than replace it. The problem is that they don’t have the parts to repair it. We now have a newish washing machine under warranty broken full of water and mould inside because they don’t want to change it. And we will have to wait probably another month. This is unacceptable and disrespectful
