I have a new built in combo microwave oven and have a lot of trouble interpreting the instruction booklet on times/power etc for cooking particular dishes. I contacted their Customer Services who took ages to reply and then just quoted the instruction manual! I wish I had bought a basic model from a firm which provided reliable backup! I wouldn’t buy from Zanussi again. Unfortunately all my appliances are Zanussi. I think my kitchen designer has shares with them.
