Return policy extremely strict and not considering holidays/Christmas time. And COVID TIMES that people need to be shelter in place/quarantine. which is not humane at all. UPS not delivered according to what it's said on the delivered time. ZARA refused to accept the return. Won't shop there any more. Be aware everyone. Customer service SUCKS!!!
