Absolutely no customer service, appalling. You just get no response from an agent and you just wait, and wait and nothing!! This happens frequently! Will not be spending any more money on Zara. Not worth it.

I recently purchased some items from Zara one of the items was missing when they were delivered. Zara refused to believe me claiming they had checked their procedures and this proved nothing was missing. The item missing was a winter coat that would not have fitted in the box that was delivered along with the other goods. This was bad enough but you can only contact them via WhatsApp, first of all talking to AI. Every time you contact them you have to explain your issue from the start which is very frustrating and they don’t review the prior WhatsApp messages. I wasted a lot of time only to be continually fobbed off. I asked 5 times to speak to a manager and was fobbed off, finally they agreed that I could provide a time slot to speak to someone which I did. They ignored my suggested time and date and called me on a different day. I’m still going round in circles as every time I contact them I have to start again. The worst customer service I have ever had by a long way.

have bought from Zara for years , always loved going to the ones in different places , different cities, Palma, Ibiza etc, spent a fortune over the years. Visited the metro centre one - Gateshead. Omg the customer service was atrocious!! My daughter used the self checkouts which are useless as you end up leaving tags on and setting alarms off then need to go back I. Store. I complained about this to the staff. The so called manager who would not give me her name was horrendous!! Rude unprofessional disrespectful and just a vile individual. I won’t be returning. Zara

I ordered a tray it was never delivered, when I contacted Zara they said they were out of stock, when I went to the online store ZARA it was available

My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when ROSE HOOVER came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met ROSE HOOVER (rose_hoover_90_AT_Gmail_._com) personally by emailing them privately. I wish to recommend ROSE to anyone in recovery of loss. I purchased 1 jeans from Zara just to test the website loyalty. The item never arrived, and they cannot provide prove of delivery through Yodel. I spent about 4 hours completing form and talking on WhatsApp with possibly a robot. They cannot provide a refund as they believe the item was sent to me but with no prove. I wish I had checked the reviews or done research before purchasing anything. Thank goodness sake I didn't purchase more than 1 item. They are definitely a Scammer! I wouldn't even think to visit their store either.

Order never delivered-I have been dealing with an online order that was never delivered to me, for nearly 3 weeks. There is no one you can talk to on the phone. Their online chat, WhatsApps or FB is al virtual AI driven where you get standard answers that do not address your complaint. I have received standard emails (that you can also not respond to) saying " checking with the transport your order has been delivered successfully". I have given Zara the coordinates from the delivery company stating that those do not belong to my address, but they just respond " robotically " that " nothing wrong with your delivery". I have an automated email saying the order has been delivered, with not photo of where did they leave the parcel, as it is customary if you are not at home. It is absolutely appalling ! I have called Amazon shipping who was delivering the order on behalf of Zara and I was treated awful too, saying they cannot discuss anything and I need to go back to Zara and take it up with them. Amazon does not seem to address that their drivers could make mistakes, ( I do not wish to think they are dishonest too).Basically playing "ping pong". For a big company like Zara, I consider this behaviour totally unacceptable and I must say I will never order anything on line from them again and would recommend anyone that does, to be very careful as there is no guarantee that you will ever receive your orders. I have filled in their document "denial of receipt form" and sent it to them 6 times on WhatsApp and Virtual Chat.... it has come to nothing. Sometimes I have got an answer hours later saying " we confirm order delivered successfully I have been left with no solution, no goods, and not money. I feel cheated and robbed.

Worst customer service ever!!!! For a world wide company, worst ive ever experienced. Questions never get read, repeat myself million times. Responses that dont even make sense!!!! I just have had enough!!! Made an order with 2 of the same items in different sizes. Both prices are different. They keep telling me that the price can change at any time??? How does that make any sense! Disgusting customer services. On top of that. It takes them forever to respond and you are lucky if they do!

I purchased an outfit for my daughter-in-law, but it was too small. She went to the store within 30 days to exchange it for the correct size, with the tags still on and the outfit unworn. However, she was turned away because she didn't have the receipt, as I was away at the time. Since then, I have tried to exchange the outfit or get a credit note, but the store has refused. I have spent the better part of a week dealing with their online chat. I was promised that a superior would contact me within 24-48 hours, but that never happened. When I followed up, I was essentially told "too bad" and cut off from the chat without any resolution. The customer service has been poor, and their exchange/return policy is unreasonable.

If there was less than star I will mark it. I returned items directly into the shop, I receive the mail with the intake number and products but they don’t refund me the money, they are thieves, You try to get in contact with them and they have the customer services in another country where they don’t mind your situation at all, they don’t give solution to anything, call to Spain headquarters and they say that because you bought it in Uk you have to claim it in UK, but where is la shouting in the middle of a desert. I paid through Paypal and I have opened a claim let see …

Avoid Buying in Zara!!! I made a purchase at Zara, and they sent me the items purchased from another customer by mistake. Inside the box was all the personal information of that customer (Outside the box were my information and address) I sent those items back and sent proof of the return and photos of the items that were not mine) and I told them that I only wanted the item that I had purchased or the money back. Since this never reached me. That was 1 month ago, I tried to contact them and they told me to wait a few days, etc etc and so it's been 1 month. Anyway. THEY STEAL YOU, Avoid it!!! They are not responsible for their mistakes, and you run the risk that someone else may have your personal information.

Cancel the order themselves for a digital gift certificate, then they can't undo it even though payment has already been made. Have to wait 14 days to get your money back. Maybe they use outdated system from y2k?!

My perfume arrived today smashed and so far customer services have not got back to me, I've actually read alot of comments regarding perfumes arriving smashed but i had already put in my order, I'll never buy from them again since that is £28.99 down the drain

So i purchased a pair of loafers on 17 February 2024. And returned them on the very next day. Today is 26 March and still they are taking time to refund my amount. Whenever i call or chat with their CC associates, each one tells me to wait for 3-5 working days and this keeps repeating. Plus what they do is close the chat window disrespectfully once they have stated their point. This feels very insulting for customers who are loyal to Zara since so many years.
