Every time I seek a delivery from Zara - my parcel is taken to the main entrance of our apartment building - instead of our apartment which is located on street level . Many goods are stolen because of the laziness of delivery people to do their job - I wouldn’t buy anything on line if you live in a large apartment complex - since no one seems to care .

I would not buy anything from Zara agin. Extreme stress, missing part of order consisting of two parts, to be delivered to store. No help from AI chat or WhatsApp chat, as no telephone number to speak to someone when things go wrong. No refund for part of order received taken back to store. Was told this was dependent on part of order not sent yet being investigated and could not tell me how long anything would take. Finally got refund after messaging for an hour each day for 7 days.

Incident: June 18, 2026 at around 1930-1935hrs: in Zara store in 215-219 Oxford St, London W1D 2LG: As I’m going out to the store there’s this lady who went out the store first and the alarm beep and I’m at her back. But the security(I know he’s just doing his job in a professional way) had asked me to come back and be check. The lady who went first me who actually caused the alarm beep on the door just walked away(and I discovered later that the lady is the store manager). I was holding my regatta jacket because it’s quite warm and the security wanted to see what I’m holding on my hand under the jacket, and he checked it’s my mobile that I’m holding. And I told the security that he need to give me an evidence why he need to check on me wherein I told him that he should check also the lady before me because it beep before I went out to the store. The security had asked me politely that he will just ask question and he showed me his mobile and showed me white blouses photos(#3 pieces) if I purchased those in the photos and I said “NO”. The #3 white blouses looked small sizes and it won’t even fit on me because I’m size 16 to 18. The security had let me go and when I went out in the door of Zara store it even didn’t alarm, no beeping sound. It just shows that I had nothing to hide and the alarm beep before was from the lady before me(which is the store manager). I only spent few minutes in this store and I didn’t bought anything. I didn’t even try any clothes at all. I didn’t even remove any clothes from the hangers at all. I’m so upset that after this incident after few minutes I went back to the store and I told the other security whose there at that time when I came back that I actually sorry that I got upset with the other security but I told him that they should check the lady before me because it alarm(beep) the door before I step on the door. The store manager knowing that it alarm when she went out, what she did and just look at me and run away. She should stopped and voluntarily let her belongings be check by the security even if she’s the store manager. She should set a good example to other employees and customers. I can see from the other stores that if an employee had caused for the door to alarm, the security check their belongings. It should be done in this Zara store. I know the security had done their job professionally but they shouldn’t be afraid to challenge the store manager. What kind of store manager is she if she’s causing the problem and other customers be blamed for what she had caused to make the alarm go. That’s so unprofessional.

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, I visited the Zara store at Sherway Gardens, and what occurred there was absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. From the moment I entered the store, the alarm on my clothing started beeping. When I left, the exact same thing happened. Despite this, security staff completely ignored the issue when I entered. However, the moment I exited, two security guards suddenly surrounded me and began aggressively and arrogantly demanding a receipt for the jacket I was wearing. This behavior was hostile, intimidating, and deeply humiliating. I was treated like a criminal in full view of other customers, without any valid reason. There was no attempt to handle the situation respectfully or professionally—only suspicion, pressure, and rudeness. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with Zara items purchased online still having security tags attached—even on personal items like underwear. This is clearly a failure on the store’s part, yet instead of resolving it properly, customers are subjected to embarrassment and harassment. I am a 65-year-old retired person who came to the store simply to look for a gift for a family member. Instead, I was publicly humiliated and confronted as if I had done something wrong. It is completely unreasonable to expect customers to carry receipts for every item they own just to avoid being harassed in your store. It is important to emphasize that this kind of treatment is specific to the Zara store at Sherway Gardens. No other mass-market retailers, such as H&M or similar stores, behave in such an unacceptable and degrading manner. This was a shocking and deeply unpleasant experience. Immediate action must be taken to address the conduct of the security staff at this specific location and to prevent such abusive treatment of customers in the future.

Zara online orders takes forever. I think the workers or managers don't care. I waited forever for one simple item. Target, Macy, Bloomgdales, and Amazon so quickly because they care about their customers. I will not shop at Zara anymore.

I just found out that my daughter is going to have a baby girl in the fall. I have a group of friends who said to check out Zara for kids. I did that, and ordered a set of three leggings and another set of three tops to go with leggings. I am so glad I "only ordered" those two sets. The package arrived today, torn open and nothing in the envelope. I contacted Zara and they typed back to me: "If you think it was stolen contact the police." I told them we have security cameras that prove the package was delivered and no other deliveries were made today. I have a large brown package with Zara printed on it, clearly torn open, with nothing in it. The delivery company they use is Ontrc. If you can't be at their store to buy what you want, DON'T bother ordering it on line. Neither Zara usa, or the delivery service, Ontrc, care about the customer. No resolution = no customer.

Order never arrived . Constantly resisted to wait another 48 hours . Tracking not working eventually without request refunded partial cost of items as if I’m paying a restock charge and postal costs for something that never came . Extremely poor customer care service

Bought item on line as size not available in shop on the 9/10/25 email confirmed receipt 16-17 October. Went to shop not arrived. Advised to wait for further email confirming arrived in store. Chased 28 October 25, advised to wait until receive email confirming in store. Chased again 29th December on line this time requesting refund. Told I would have to go into store to get refund. (Not what the shop told me when I went in store chasing delivery of item previously) Returned to shop on the 9th January 2026 after further communication on what's app promising refund and compensation for wasted journeys. The shop finally refunded me on the 9th January 2026 but apparently dont offer compensation in store. I persued this further and spoke to a representative on the phone in the store. The store Manager confirmed that he had seen written evidence that I would be compensated to the call representative. I demanded to speak to the manager and was told the representative could not transfer the call. He said the manager would call back. I agreed on the terms that I would be contacted at a time that gave me sufficient time to return home approx 2.15. I told the representative no earlier as I was in a Mall and I would be driving before then. I was called at 13.44 exactly when I told them not to call. I have chased again and consistently been shut down on what's app. See less

Zara has one of the most careless and irresponsible online services I’ve ever experienced. They lost my ₹5,000 refund and didn’t even bother checking if the bank details were valid before processing it. Absolute negligence, zero customer support, and complete disregard for customers—pathetic service.

I'm giving one star because they didn't even try to help me – they just immediately said 'no'. The situation was straightforward. I ordered several items for my son from the Zara UK website. A few hours later that same day, I realised I'd selected the wrong (too small) size for one of the items. At that point, I checked the order status, and it hadn't even been packed yet. I also confirmed that the correct size was still in stock. I contacted customer support with a simple request to change it, and they replied straight away with just 'no'. Nothing more. I find this really strange, since the order hadn't been dispatched – it hadn't even been assembled. 'Thanks, Zara' for your complete unwillingness to assist your customers. It's moments like these that make you forget the customer is the one paying your wages.

Worst online experience I have ever had. Purchased a cardigan that was not on sale and they unilaterally cancelled my order. Was given excuses as to why so I decided to try again when the item was back in stock. This time, the item was shipped out to a designated store but then "lost" but today after 5 to 6 calls and hours of my timeI found out that it was likely sold to someone else. WTF?! Customer service is lacking and the purchase experience was the worst I have had in 10 years.

I recently ordered party dresses and they arrived promptly and fabulous quality, whilst I have only purchased one dress I found it very easy to return. I am 75 and a lot of the returns policies I do t find easy so I feel I must comment. Also for the cost and quality of the dresses I will certainly buy again! I have bought from other leading expensive brands but nothing as good as Zara! I was pleasantly suprised.

I made a complain to Zara about the 5-size clothes (110cm) | bought for my kid (100cm). The sizes are all different length, width and width of the neck, making more than half of them not wearable. The difference is between 10-15 cm!!! When I contacted Zara Customer Service, they said it is not defects. Really??? Making clothes sizes runs 2 sizes less than it should be is not a defect?!?!

Extremely Disappointed — My Birthday Dress Still Hasn’t Arrived I’m extremely disappointed with Zara’s online shopping experience. I had been waiting for this dress to come back in stock because it wasn’t available in stores. As soon as it was finally available online, I ordered it immediately to receive in time for my birthday. The delivery date clearly showed it would arrive before my celebration, yet it’s now six days past the promised delivery date — and I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, when I called customer service, the representative was rude and completely unhelpful. I was told to “call back in three days if it still doesn’t arrive” — and then they hung up on me. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and incredibly disappointing. What should have been an exciting purchase for a special occasion turned into a major letdown. There’s been no accountability, no apology, and no sense of care for the customer. For a brand with Zara’s reputation, this is unacceptable. I’ve always loved Zara’s style, but after this experience, I’ll think twice before ever ordering online again.

Say what you want about their customer service, the quality and style of clothes is bar none. I started shopping at Zara when they first opened in 1989 on Lexington Ave in Manhattan. I have pieces from the 80s my kid is wearing now. Mint/if not brand new condition. It’s a shame I can’t post picture here. Most sales ppl these days are a bit rude, but I won’t while that against Zara. Maybe that person was having a bad day.
