“I had an issue with a return - they had sent me the wrong size and I was concerned that they would not process the refund as it was an online purchase and no way for me to prove that they had sent the wrong size to me. I was very pleased and really surprised at how quickly they resolved this issue - one phone call to customer services and the very next day I received my refund. Thanks Zara! Ill be back!”

“Great online service. I experienced a quick delivery and easy return process albeit I had to go back to the store myself. The shop itself is always chaotic; there are long queues for the changing rooms and tills and there are clothes spilling out everywhere and often have make-up smudges on white items.”
