Ordered two items to my old address.. which was returned. Requested for it to be sent to my current address which they kindly did.. but one item was missing. I reported this but received and email back to say my request had been “rejected” so now I’ve lost money and extremely disappointed !! Any other company would replace the missing item but instead I’ve been made to be a liar by them and they have not resolved my issue. Won’t be ordering online again!

So despite Bluewater being very quiet and almost non existent shoppers in your store the is a 25 person queue to get a refund! So quick to take the money and so poor in refunding it. I had 10 years as a manager in retail and this is the slowest process I’ve ever witnessed. Shame on you.

Upset with their quality and services.. I used to spend so much on Zara cause of their beautiful designs and qualities, but everything had dropped now but the prices went up.. Hmm... Their rude staff & manager expecially... Too much foreign workers ended up their being so boastful.

I was at ZARA on 222 Broadway , NY NY 10038 buying women’s white shirt from $9.99 rock which had no pricing tag on it. But next to that there was the same shirt in beige color with tag $9.99. I went to pay at register and cashier told me that the shirt cost $15.99 not $9.99. I asked to call the manager. The manager Donetta came and she told me in rude manner that they made a mistake for pricing and the price is not $9.99 but $15.99. I told her if the price tag of $9.99 was the store mistake then why she doesn’t give for that that price. And guess what? She told me that she can give me for $9.99 the beige color not the white. She was acting like it was her private store and she cannot give me for the price THEY put incorrectly. I really don’t care if it was stores mistake. They supposed to sale for the price which was on the tag, not say it was mistake. I was very disappointed the way how the manager Donetta talked to me. Very unprofessional and rude . I told her I’m going to write a review.

I'm really frustrated with their shipping. I understand COVID restrictions make it difficult, so I give them some grace, but their service has been poor. I order a pair of jeans on the 11th of October and was told the estimated time of arrival was the 12th-13th. I was surprised and stoked it would be so soon. Then the days started ticking by, and they hadn't even been processed until I called to check in on the 19th. The woman was helpful and got them moving. They finally shipped on the 20th, and still haven't arrived, and Fedex predicts they won't until the 27th. I'm just really frustrated! Don't tell me they will arrive in two days if its going to be three weeks!! I'm just very excited about these jeans so I'm sad lol

I am addicted to Zara but their returns service is dreadful - as is their appointed carrier. Never again will I purchase on-line from Zara!

The pants were lovely but too small, the issue is returning them. The don't include a returns label using the 'SAVING green energy' excuse. My daughter remarked that's pathetic; the electricity and man hours used to obtain a returns label is immense. PUT IT IN THE PARCEL

Had an order being delivered to the shop on Sunday. I was told that it would arrive by 12 but would also receive sms. On Saturday I received a message to say it had been despatched. All good I thought. Sunday went to the shop for 12, stood waiting in the children's department for 10 mins another couple were in front. Eventually a sales assistant came over and told us the till was broke and we should go to another department. No sign at till first complaint. Once seen by a sales assistant was told my item wasn't at the shop as they had cancelled their delivery. There was no sorry or any proper customer service. 2nd complaint no notification and 3rd sales assistant not giving a damn. I had only gone to Zara as I thought it was a good brand. Not any more. I always buy from Zara but will defiantly think twice now.

I queued for 40 mins to return an item .. this was Westfield Stratford. The girls couldn't have worked any slower.. I m sure this looked deliberate chatting to each other also . Ridiculous that there is not someone behind the tills re tagging and putting on hangers..only 3 tills open despite the queue.. and nobody waiting to pay downstairs .. absolutely ridiculous. Very poor customer service 😡

Had to complain about the attitude, rudeness and treatment of disabled patrons by the staff at Zara (Clothing Store) in Croydon. As of a week later I am still waiting for either a response by phone or email (as I was advised). Hollow apologies by customer services do not mean anything!!! Will not be shopping there again.

products are good but the customer service is so bad that i would recommend you dont buy as when it goes wrong they are rubbish at sorting it out. would you buy any product if you knew there was a risk it was faulty and you would lose your money as they are alwys reluctant to refund

Zara USA's online service leaves a lot to be desired. They sent me an email on 20th November 2018, saying my order has been sent. I called and they gave me the wrong tracking number; I went into the store and the "store doesn't get involved in the online ordering" - the store manager then checked on his own personal order and the tracking number didn't work for him either! I called again and they hung up on me - called again and now they are investigating "it will take 24-48 hours" - in an era of Amazon where everything is done quickly; and complaints are handled easily - a new order sent etc. Zara is light years behind both in their online ordering and customer service.

This was my first time ordering online with Zara. I wanted to get a new leather bag for the gym. I paid for the next day with a two hour slot. I waited and waited. I started to watch the driver icon on the app. When he was an hour and half late he was ages away but never stopped dropping off things in the most exspensive parts of North London. I took snaps of the places on google maps and was surprised how beautiful these places were. It seems my money was not good enough. I watched and felt disgusted each time it stopped to deliver. I had waited in over 11 hours now. and paid to avoid this! Two hours late. At this point I felt sick because I had watched the driver stop at all these places and I tried to contact Zara online for their ‘ 24 hour’ chat three times. No answer! You can see my state of mind as at 2 hours and 20 mins, I took my bins out and knew by the app he would be here soon. He pulled up in his car and seemed grateful that I was outside to meet him and do the extra work for him. No apology! I took the product and felt like s***. I opened it but the excitement was gone as I looked blankly at the new bag on my freshly cleaned laminate flooring. I put it back in the box for sending back. I’ll use a shopping tote bag for the gym this week. I just have to get back. I’ll find a better bag somewhere else and feel proud to have it! For me, nothing is good enough or cool enough to make me feel good about it, if I’ve had a nasty experience getting it! I’m not a sucker who will just keep anything because I’m addicted to it. Brands like this hope you won’t care. It’s like any bad relationship....it’s bye bye time. The bag is going back, I’m getting my body back and I’m done with them!

I used to shop in Zara all the time however now with all these price matches - the brand is starting to lose points in terms of brand awareness. Other customers seem to behave like they're in a zoo..or Lidl.

Just to say i have shopped in my local zara store in Oxford since it opened & 99.9% of the time i have found all the staff more than helpful I have however had reason to call the Reading store twice recently & have found the customer service ( on both occasions) not acceptable Could not spend 2 minutes to help me I work in retail & i understand how stressful it can be Perhaps more training needed?

purchased a dress for £40. it was the black embroidered dress. heres me thinking i got a complete bargain. got home, and just tried it on and stitching underarm was loose. then noticed the back of neck stitching where the lining joins the front was fraying, managed to fix that, but after one wear, and washing, its a complete mess. i don't even have the receipt to return. the entire lining around neckline is fraying away from actual dress.
