My delivery arrived today, one plate chipped, I have read and re read site but can find no information regarding a drop off point, no Zara Home near me, No phone line, no chat line and no direct email address, what to do.

Why do you deliver orders to a backstreet supermarket in Hitchin who failed to find my order at first and then when I returned they dad found it but it was not on their system so took ages to deal with that? Badly lets your company down, I will not be using that "service" again!
