I had an issue with a return - they had sent me the wrong size and I was concerned that they would not process the refund as it was an online purchase and no way for me to prove that they had sent the wrong size to me.
I was very pleased and really surprised at how quickly they resolved this issue - one phone call to customer services and the very next day I received my refund.
