“Great online service. I experienced a quick delivery and easy return process albeit I had to go back to the store myself. The shop itself is always chaotic; there are long queues for the changing rooms and tills and there are clothes spilling out everywhere and often have make-up smudges on white items.”

“They offer a really wide variety of styles and choices. Honestly, most of them I don't like, but the ones that I do like, I love. Most of their clothes are too big for me, as I am petite, and I think they gear more toward taller people in general. However, they have a european vibe, and when they do a classic coat, I have it for a long time and really get use out of it. Some of the clothes that I have from them, I've had for a while. They are classic, with a modern flair. They do do a lot of trends, and some are downright goofy, but I love that their options make dressing seem fun, and not so serious.”

“I really do love Zara, their designs and clothing makes them one of my favorite stores to shop in. However, I am shocked to see that many people don't feel the same; not as much regarding the clothing, but more so the customer service. I've personally never had a problem with Zara, but I am concerned that so many people are complaining and left unsatisfied. Zara, please, fix your customer service. You have lovely clothes.”
