Ruined Christmas with no apology
I placed an order on December 22nd for next day delivery. I then received an email stating the item would arrive on December 30th the following day. I contacted customer service who were not only unhelpful but their response was completely unapologetic. They told me to contact them if my order hadn't arrived by December 30th! Now I have no time to buy another present and I'm extremely annoyed
