Disgraceful. Sent a dress costing £45 that had clearly been worn. Crinkled, stained, broken strap and no labels. Promised a replacement when that didn’t arrive I contacted them to be told they were out of stock. Compensation- a code to reclaim postage on my next order after I pay for it in advance! Seriously?
