I purchased a $119 dress and returned as too small. They claimed it smelled of perfume and sent it back to me. I know it did not but what can one do over the phone? There was no perfume smell on it or the bag in which it came. They refuse to let me get a refund by returning again.
Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering from them again no matter how pretty their clothes are!
