The Zara location at Fashion Place mall did not have any bags for customers purchases. They expected customers to carry armfuls of clothing purchased around the mall and through other stores. After getting a bag from another store the associate there said they’ve had customers
commenting all week about this with Zara. Poor management of store and customer experience is suffering as a result.
