Shameful company!
Absolute disgrace of the company. Never will shop again.
I have returned an item, 2 weeks after the company has received the return I had to get in touch with customer service because I haven’t heard from them and no refund has been issued.
Next day I have received a message from Zara saying “
After conducting a comprehensive inquiry, we have determined that the items you mentioned have not been received by our warehouse. We regret notifying you that as a result, we will be unable to handle the item refund.”
1st of all I sent back 1 item not items, secondly Royal Mail tracking says the parcel has been delivered to Zara’s warehouse and your website confirms that the return has been delivered to their warehouse. But I have been told that the zara’s warehouse didn’t get the return.
This is scam, they are robbing people out of the money. What is your company doing is illegal.
I have all the proof that they got the return but Zara denys that even the information on your website confirms that they have received return. I can believe what is going on.
I have been scammed and robbed out of money. Unacceptable!!!!!
