So i purchased a pair of loafers on 17 February 2024. And returned them on the very next day. Today is 26 March and still they are taking time to refund my amount. Whenever i call or chat with their CC associates, each one tells me to wait for 3-5 working days and this keeps repeating. Plus what they do is close the chat window disrespectfully once they have stated their point. This feels very insulting for customers who are loyal to Zara since so many years.
