I purchased 1 jeans from Zara just to test the website loyalty. The item never arrived, and they cannot provide prove of delivery through Yodel. I spent about 4 hours completing form and talking on WhatsApp with possibly a robot. They cannot provide a refund as they believe the item was sent to me but with no prove.
I wish I had checked the reviews or done research before purchasing anything. Thank goodness sake I didn't purchase more than 1 item. They are definitely a Scammer! I wouldn't even think to visit their store either.
