Don't buy clothes from Zara as gifts unless you're 100% certain they'll be right !! Zara will not exchange anything unless you have the receipt. My daughter bought me a shirt which was a little too small. I tried to exchange for a larger size but the staff were totally unhelpful and, in effect, said "Go away". The shirt was perfect, unworn and still had all labels in place. My daughter no longer had the receipt so I had to throw away a perfectly good shirt.
APPALLING !!
