Extremely Poor Customer Service.
I had a very frustrating experience with Zara’s customer service. I reached out for help because the return label I was given couldn’t be used — the shipping carrier isn’t available in my area. Instead of helping me or offering a solution, the agent (Brenda) was completely dismissive and abruptly ended the chat while I was still explaining my issue.
There was no willingness to listen, no professionalism, and absolutely no resolution. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and support, especially when trying to return an item properly. Zara, this is unacceptable.
