I made a complain to Zara about the 5-size clothes (110cm) | bought for my kid (100cm). The sizes are all different length, width and width of the neck, making more than half of them not wearable. The difference is between 10-15 cm!!!
When I contacted Zara Customer
Service, they said it is not defects.
Really??? Making clothes sizes runs 2 sizes less than it should be is not a defect?!?!
