The clothes and fashion style are innovative and exciting, but when something goes wrong, the experience is not so great. Bought an item, which when I took it home and tried it on, found it had a faulty clasp. Took it back to be exchanged but they had no stock of the item left. As I did not have the receipt as it had been mislaid, I was happy to accept a voucher. However, the item had since been reduced in the sale and even though the store manager acknowledged there was problem with the clasp, and even though I had my bank statement that showed the date, and price paid for the single item at that Zara branch, they refused to reimburse me with a voucher for the price paid, and instead gave me a voucher for the sale value. Still upset about the experience, and with hindsight, probably should not of accepted the reduced value voucher without first getting advice on my rights from a consumer advisory service.
