Bought a jacket in their recent online sale. It didn't fit but I got to return it for free. I couldn't do a swap for some reason, but rather unexpectedly and brilliantly they refunded my postage! And I picked up a +1 sized jacket which did fit, and to top it all off it was further reduced by £5. Win win!
