I'm afraid Zara has let itself down!
I was waiting for over 7 mins to be served. One cashier only serving.
Recently I have had an operation and standing is quite difficult right now. I saw an assistant walk past the queue and asked if there were any more cashiers available. She completely ignored me.
When I was served by the cashier, I said more staff is needed and I have just had an operation, therefore finding standing difficult. The cashier decided not to speak at all!!!
I asked her if she had heard me and could she reply!!!
Went to find a Manager...was told Zara is understaffed! She was helpful however....at least sympathetic.
Think Zara you need to help your customers more!!! Very sad, never had this kind of treatment before in the shop.
